Topics include “Myths of Texas, Cyber Security, Texas History, Crypto Currencies, creative writing and much more. We’ve taught over 800 classes since 2012 and an even greater number since our first official Senior University session began on February 16, 1998.

Instructors from within our Community
Senior University is proud of our amazing instructors, many of which come from the local community. They represent prominent business leaders, key community leaders and more. From PhD’s to NASA, our instructors are truly experts on their topics.

Membership
Our members join to pursue lifelong learning that not only enhances social inclusion, active citizenship, and personal development, but also self-sustainability. We have over 670 annual members who attend classes and participate in our travel programs. Because we are a nonprofit dedicated to lifelong learning, our annual membership cost of $50.00 has remained the same over the past several years.

Travel Program
As a Senior University member, you can participate in a variety of travel programs throughout the year. We offer several one-day travel programs to venues like the George Bush Library, Shakespear at Winedale, Journey along the Santa Fe Trail, McNay Museum of Art and more. Our travel programs include transportation, lunch meal and an activity.
